Charge Back System Implementation
We led the project for a client to assist them to implement information services charge back system through out the organization.
Outsourcing Review
For a large Health Care Client and a Market Research Client we did a review of their Infrastructure to determining whether it was cost effective to outsource the areas in the department or the complete department. This included determine their present cost and benchmarking that against the cost of outsourcing.
National Data Search and Relocation
WE led the project for both a large Insurance Company and an Online Action Company to search for a location to combine their regional data centers into one large center. Working with Real Estate Company we were able to find a suitable location for both clients and led the project to complete the consolidation of the centers and at the same time do a complete server consolidation that led to very significant savings.
Output Print Analysis
For a Large Health Insurer we completed an engagement evaluating their complete printing operation including output printing and in house off set printing, we were able to find enough synergies to help lower their overall print cost by 40%.
ITIL Compliance Review
Because of our understanding of ITIL Organizations a large Health Insurance had to do a review of their IT to Department to determine if they were ITIL Compliant with ITIL Standards and if they were not to produce for them a detail project to help them become compliant.
Infrastructure Oragnizational Review
WE were engaged by a large Insurer to review their Infrastructure Department to find and overlaps of functions and to produce for them a more efficient and customer focus organization. This engagement slowed them to lower staff needs by 15% because of overlapping functions.
